About me

I’m a Product Designer and Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the Software Design Industry, with a solid business background. These two different approaches are my most reliable skills and allow me to lead and design complex products based on the best practices in user experience, with high‑quality outcomes that meet business goals and ROI.
I’ve worked for companies like American Express, Apple, AT&T, First American, Cast & Crew, Saint Gobain, Camel, among other big enterprises.
I’m currently looking for new challenges in my career, and feel ready to join a team to make it grow and thrive

CONTRIBUTIONS

I know how to build creative and trustworthy Product Design Teams that become critical to the success of products. I love human relationships and being able to engage at personal levels, to help others unleash their potential and build a career path with clear goals. This role requires guiding team members to developing a broad set of skills like evaluating user experiences, identifying opportunities for improvement and creating prototypes through to documenting UI specifications that transition perfectly to developers, all while challenging the team to think exceeding expectations.
I'm also known to be hands-on as a product designer and contribute to UX and visual design when needed.
Helping companies realize their goals through proactive teams that deliver delightful and straightforward interaction design is my passion.

VALUES

As a Product Designer, I am continually learning new ways to elevate how our practice can help improve business. I love conducting design critiques with my peers, where individuals can contribute to achieving goals. I know that a Product Designer needs to lead other team members and clients by example.
I believe that design is a continually evolving discipline, that's why my co-workers know me for continually refining how our products can be innovated to reflect the whys of every product strategy.

SUCCESS MEASUREMENT

My team will thrive on how to conduct product research, create strategies, information architecture, and interaction design to engage people. We will impact at many touch points of the Company, delivering simple and smart solutions that answer business requirements, and customers needs.
Great design comes from rigorous attention to detail, and trial and error. I encourage myself and my team to bring whole ideas to the table, to build and make decisions on solid design foundations.
I handle stakeholders and client expectations by regularly reporting project progress, surfacing conflicts, or questions as soon as they arise. Success happens when the entire team shares these transparency ethics and common goals.

GOALS

I want to become a Manager for a software design team that understands the importance of its role in the continuous transformation of technology. I want to keep on learning from my peers and lead development teams to work closely with design teams to create better products; while advocating designers to understand development realities to push the boundaries with knowledge. I will strive to forge standout team culture through these work ethics, with unwavering respect for what we do.
